These help balance the skin when it is feeling dry, dull, or irritated. The inclusion of sea salt in your skincare routine will help retain moisture in the skin and strengthen the protective barrier of our skin.

Below find our Top 3 Ways to use Sea-Salt as part of our skincare:

Honey and Sea-Salt Mask:

Benefits:

Anti- inflammatory and Hydrating

Mix:

  • 1 ½ - 2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 3-4 tsp Raw Honey

Leave:

  • Leave on skin for 10-15 minutes

Wash:

  • Massage into the skin with fingertips before washing off with warm water

Sea Salt and Water Toning Combo:

Benefits:

Deep pore-cleansing, balancing

Mix:

  • 1tsp Sea Salt
  • 120ml warm water

Application:

  • Pour into spray bottle, then spritz on cleansed, dry skin, avoiding delicate eye area once a day

Coconut Oil and Sea Salt Body Exfoliator

Benefits:

Hydrating and nourishing

Mix:

  • ½ cup of softened coconut oil
  • ¼ cup of salt
  • Add essential oil (optional)

Application:

  • Apply with hands gently scrubbing

Wash:

  • Rinse off skin with warm water
