Ingredient Technology
Our Tone Correcting Mask uses the brightening properties of Turmeric Root to control and treat hyperpigmentation. Turmeric contains an active compound called curcumin which reduces melanin-synthesis, to suppress melanin production in the skin. The enzyme papain, found in Papaya Extract, has gently exfoliating properties, to slough away dull skin cells and give the skin tone a bright and even glow.
Paired with our Lighten & Brighten Eye Cream. Dark circles are often caused by visibility of blood vessels under the skin. 2% Caffeine operates by constricting blood vessels under the eyes to reduce their darkened appearance. As Caffeine is also a diuretic, this helps to relieve water retention under the eyes to calm puffiness. Another star ingredient is Haloxyl™, an active technology that is scientifically designed to eliminate dark circle pigment by dissolving accumulated blood that leaks into the delicate tissues around the area – one of the root causes of darkness under the eyes. Scientific studies show Haloxyl™ is effective at reducing eye bags by over 60%.
