Photo evidence will be required depending on your issue - for example if you received an incorrect item, we will need to see the batch number printed on that item. If you have allergies, please check the ingredients list of our products thoroughly before purchasing. If you have a nut allergy, please avoid any of our products containing Marula Oil or Almond Oil.
