Cleanse, Toner, Mask, Serum, Eye Cream, Moisturiser, Oil.

This is the general order we would advise, however you may need to adjust this based on your routine e.g. you may prefer to double cleanse, or you may not be using a face mask.

All of our products are formulated in the UK. We strongly believe in UK-sourced products to reduce carbon emissions, and support local businesses.

NO - all of our products are both vegan and cruelty-free. We strongly believe in ethical beauty, and are actively against animal testing.

Please note that only one promotional offer can be applied at once. This includes gift vouchers, sales and discount codes. To use both codes, you will need to place two separate orders.

Unfortunately, we would not advise using our products during pregnancy as they encourage collagen production in the face, when the collagen in your body should be focused on the growth of your baby.

Skincare is a matter of trial and error when finding out what works for your skin. However, you can make an educated guess by: reading our product descriptions, checking the ingredients lists, and asking us for personalised advice. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the products will work for you, as everyone's skin is different. However, results do take time so we strongly recommend keeping up consistent use of the product until it runs out before deciding if it has made a difference.

Please note, we don't offer a money-back guarantee if you aren't satisfied with the results.

If there are gift boxes available on our website, you will need to add this to your basket to receive your order gift wrapped. However this option is not always available, only during selected special offer promotions.

Firstly, wash the area that you are going to patch test. We would advise the side of the neck or behind the ear. Then, apply a small amount of the product to the skin and allow 24 hours to test for allergies or reactions. If a reaction occurs, please refrain from using the product. Please repeat this process with every product prior to using it.

Yes! All skincare products must contain preservatives to maintain the benefits of the ingredients and to prevent mould and bacteria. However, we only use 100% natural preservatives and keep them to a minimum.

Everyone’s skin differs, and therefore results will vary. For example, fading stubborn scars will take significantly longer than hydrating dry skin. Some customers see results after a couple of uses and some after several months, however, consistency is key to achieving the results you want.

Our customer service team work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. If you haven't heard a response within three business days, please send a follow up. The best way to reach us is via email: info@baselift.co.uk.

During busy sales periods, please allow up to 7 days for us to respond due to the high volume of emails and messages we receive. Please do not send a repeat email unless the waiting period exceeds 7 days, as it will actually slow our customer service team down further.

Yes! We are always working on new products behind the scenes. However, they often take 1-2 years for us to develop as we want to ensure they are products that we truly believe in. This includes testing them for a long period of time, and adapting the formula until we perfect it.

If there is a specific ingredient or product you would like us to release, please don't hesitate to let us know as we take all ideas on board: info@baselift.co.uk

Absolutely not! Our products are formulated by skincare experts and do not run the risk of staining or dying your skin. However, creating your own DIY skincare with turmeric can most definitely stain your skin so we would highly advise to avoid this.

No dyes are used whatsoever in our products. The colour of our formulas are either created by the natural ingredients, or natural mineral pigment which is 100% safe and non-toxic.

We currently accept card payments, PayPal, Klarna and Apple Pay. If for some reason your payment method isn't working, please drop us an email and we can send you a manual invoice to complete your order: info@baselift.co.uk

Our products are solely manufactured in the UK, which means our cost of production is high for a small business. Unlike some companies who will source cheap labour abroad, we want to maintain brand ethics and stick to the higher manufacturing costs in order to support local businesses and reduce our carbon footprint.

We also strongly believe in only using top grade version of skincare ingredients, to deliver the best formulas we possibly can.
